Once upon a time there were two puppies, one was named Charlie and the other was named King. Charlie and King were the best of friends because they lived next door to each other. The two puppies loved to play all sorts of different games outside together like, chase, fetch, soccer but their absolute favorite thing to do was play Frisbee together.
For Christmas one year both Charlie and King had asked for a new Frisbee from Santa but on Christmas morning when they opened their gifts Charlie did not get a new Frisbee. Charlie was very sad because he really wanted one. When King went over to Charlie's house the next day he noticed that Charlie was very upset.
“What’s wrong Charlie?” King asked.
“I didn't get a Frisbee for Christmas this year.” Charlie replied.
Hearing the news that Charlie hadn't gotten a new Frisbee, King thought of a really good idea and quickly ran back over to his house and upstairs to his room. In just moments king was back over to Charlie's house with a gift for him. King had brought from his house two of his brand new Frisbee’s and offered one to Charlie.
“Would you like to have one of my new Frisbee’s ?” king asked.
“You would give me one?” answered Charlie
“Sure” replied king. “I don’t need to have two of them, and besides this way we can both play with them together.
“Wow your a really great friend King! Thank you.”
As king and Charlie began playing with their new Frisbee’s King felt very happy because although he really wanted to have two Frisbee’s he knew that sharing one of them with his best friend would be so much better because not only would it make Charlie really happy but then they could both play with their new Frisbee’s together.
